Using gentle microfluidic technology, the system provides a simple, intuitive workflow that can be tailored to your specific research applications.


How Does ʴǰ™ Work?

The system comprises a benchtop instrument, specialized ʴǰ™ Delivery Cartridges, and ʴǰ™ Delivery Media. Using proprietary Cell Squeeze™ mechanoporation technology, the ʴǰ™ Transfection system uses compressed air to rapidly deform cells through microfluidic channels, to create transient membrane pores, allowing target cargoes to enter the cytosol before the membrane reseals.

Description:

The ʴǰ™ Transfection System is a microfluidic platform designed for the gentle, high-efficiency intracellular delivery of diverse cargoes. Description:

ʴǰ™ Delivery Cartridges are single-use pre-assembled cartridges featuring precision-engineered microchannels that leverage mechanical deformation to gently permeabilize cell membranes. These delivery cartridges enable the efficient cytosolic delivery of diverse cargoes into sensitive cell types, including immune cells and pluripotent stem cells, while preserving cell viability and function.

ʴǰ™ Delivery Media

Description:

ʴǰ™ Delivery Media are specialized mechanoporation media designed for use with the ʴǰ™ Transfection System to facilitate cytosolic delivery into mammalian cells, including immune cells, HSPCs, and hPSCs. Its physiological formulation supports cargo stability and ensures high cell viability by providing a gentle environment during membrane deformation.
