What is the correct format for the catalog number?
Catalog numbers appear in these formats only: 05948, 17887A, or 800-0074.
Catalog numbers starting with 0 must be entered with the 0, e.g. 05948.
How do I find the lot number?
You can find the lot number in these locations (it may also be listed as a batch number):
