Double the yield of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived cardiomyocytes following dissociation, thawing, and replating by using the STEMdiffâ„¢ Cardiomyocyte Plating Supplement. When used with STEMdiffâ„¢ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium, STEMdiffâ„¢ Cardiomyocyte Plating Supplement improves plating efficiency and minimizes the loss of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes.

This product is designed for hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes generated using STEMdiffâ„¢ Ventricular Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit or STEMdiffâ„¢ Atrial Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit. Plating efficiency of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes was assessed 1 day after replating at low density in either STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium or STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium. Across 4 hPSC lines, plating efficiency was improved when cardiomyocytes were replated in STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium (51% ± 3%, n=15) compared to STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium (16% ± 1%, n=15).
