Overview

Use the EasySep? Human "Do-It-Yourself" Positive Selection Kit II to easily isolate highly purified human cell types of interest from human single-cell suspensions, with your own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody, using immunomagnetic positive selection. Widely used in published research for more than 20 years, EasySep? combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the simplicity of a column-free magnetic system.

In this EasySep? positive selection procedure, desired cells that express the surface antigen are labeled with mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibodies and magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep? magnet and by simply pouring or pipetting off the unwanted cells. The cells of interest remain in the tube. Following magnetic cell isolation, the desired cells are ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

This product replaces the EasySep? Human "Do-It-Yourself" Selection Kit (Catalog #18099).
