Applying the ISSCR Standards for Research

Managing human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) variability and health can be tricky, especially when maintaining multiple cell lines. Cell culture protocols and experimental procedures play a major role in the quality of hPSC cultures and the reliability of research findings. Until recently, the absence of a definitive, consensus-driven resource made it difficult to stay aligned with best practices that support reproducible results.

In 2023, the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) published the 鈥攁 set of recommendations aimed at enhancing the rigor, reproducibility, and impact of hPSC research worldwide. To help researchers confidently apply these standards in their own work, 海角破解版 Technologies has partnered with the ISSCR to develop a free, on-demand training course. Through interactive modules and expert instruction, this course will walk you through the key characterization and reporting criteria outlined in the Standards document, with practical guidance for applying them to responsibly use human tissue and pluripotent stem cells in the lab.
